Little Rhode Runners Instructional Boys and Girls lacrosse program uniform and equipment requirements:

This policy applies to the co-ed instructional level only.
The instructional level of boys and girls lacrosse will not include games or scrimmages.  It is strictly dedicated to teaching the basics of catching and throwing with no physical contact between players.  Practices will consist of fun filled drills and games focused upon correct basic techniques and to provide a basis for future skill development.  It is for this reason that mouth guards and lacrosse sticks are the only required equipment for both instruction level boys and girls.
